We are a small nursery with just five members of staff. The manager has achieved a BA Honors in Early years and one full time member of staff is trained to NVQ level 4, one member of staff who has a Level 3 and one full time member of staff who is working towards her Level 3 this should be completed in September.  We have a part time lunch assistant.  We are fortunate enough to have a variety of voluntary helpers who assist us in various ways, making a valuable contribution to the nursery. All staff are DBS checked and all staff members have pediatric first aid training which is updated every three years.

Most of the staff have worked at the nursery for a number of years and all are very dedicated to it’s smooth running and progress.  Staff are keen to undergo training in various areas on a regular bases in order to develop their skills.
